Mid lengths - Eggs Typically ridden between 7 and 8 feet long, I do two primary designs with these. The very flat super rolled bottom single fin and the drawn out twin that holds more curve and offers flowing rail transition.
The single fin design encourages a traditional style of surfing, to study the wave and pick lines that are similar to a log approach. long hight lines into deep gauges and a stable platform to walk and cross step. A really good design for beginners and long timers.
The twin is a contrast, emphasised to be a workhorse on the face more of a planted shortboard approach looking to swoop and arch tighter and to build speed rolling from rail to rail. Works great in all conditions but I love them in the 3-6 ft range
